Mediation Board: 59 mediators warned, activity of 7 suspended

“Last year, 752 mediation processes ended with an amicable agreement,” Nadir Adilov, Chairman of the Board of the Mediation Council, said at a conference entitled “Development Strategy of the Azerbaijani Family Model,” APA reports.

According to the chairman, during this year 1105 families applied for mediation in connection with the problem. 395 of them ended with an amicable agreement. There are currently 286 mediators. There are 15 mediation organizations in Baku city. 59 mediators were warned. The activity of 7 mediators was suspended for 6 months.
