Appealing of the participants of the international conference in Shusha

A joint appeal was prepared at the international conference “Development of the post-conflict humanitarian agenda: sustainable development through the revival of the cultural environment” organized by the Ministry of Culture in Shusha, APA reports.

The authors of the appeal, addressing the international community, called for unequivocal and resolute support for the humanitarian initiatives of the Azerbaijani government aimed at restoring infrastructure in the post-conflict period and destroyed historical monuments, reviving culture and heritage.

The conference participants called on the international community to support confidence-building measures, efforts to revive the cultural, religious and natural heritage and encourage successful post-conflict models of reconciliation.
