A criminal case has been initiated on auto hooliganism against a serviceman

The Ministry of Defense issued a statement regarding the serviceman who filmed and circulated footage of his car hooliganism on social networks, APA reports.

Thus, a conscript soldier of the “N-th” military unit, Aziz Soltanpasha oglu Melikov, left the military unit without permission during his service, and also committed other illegal actions. In this regard, in March of this year, the necessary documents were collected and sent to the Military Prosecutor’s Office of the garrison, where he served. On April 11, 2022, a criminal case was initiated against him, and the documents were transferred to the Republican Military Prosecutor’s Office to take the necessary measures within the framework of the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
