The festival “Teknofest-Azərbaycan” has opened in Baku

The Teknofest-Azərbaycan festival is being held in Baku, APA reports. The opening ceremony of the festival began with the performance of the rhythm group “Natiq”.

Speaking at the official opening ceremony, Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev noted that Teknofest is being held outside of Turkey for the first time – in Azerbaijan.

Seljuk Bayraktar, technical director of the Turkish company Baykar, said that he was proud to host this event in Baku.

Then, the Minister of Industry and Technology of Turkey, Mustafa Varank, spoke at the opening ceremony of the festival.

During the day, the festival program will include an air show with the participation of Azerbaijani and Turkish pilots. A concert will take place from 18:00 to 20:00, and a laser show will begin at 21:00.

The festival will be held from May 26 to May 29, 2022. Various competitions are planned as part of the festival.
