Economy Ministry sues McDonald’s Azerbaijan

The State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan has filed a lawsuit against McDonald’s Azerbaijan CJSC, oxu.az reports.

The company is accused of failure to fulfill obligations under the contract. The cause of the claim was also disputed points in the lease agreement.

The trial will begin in June 2022.
