A criminal case was sent to the court against the former director of the school, who demanded money from teachers

In the Agstafa region, a criminal case was initiated against the former director of the school, who demanded money from teachers. The corresponding audio recording was distributed on social networks, oxu.az reports with reference to the district prosecutor’s office.

It is noted that during the investigation, there were strong suspicions that the former director of the secondary school in the village of Ashagy, Kesemen Matanat Mammadova, during her tenure, abusing her powers, demanded money from teachers in exchange for the teaching hours assigned to them.

She was charged under Articles 179.2.2 (Repeated misappropriation or embezzlement), 179.2.3 (Misappropriation or embezzlement by a person using his official position), 308.1 (Failure to use state budget funds, target budget funds or off-budget state funds) and 309.1 ( Commitment by an official of actions that are clearly beyond the scope of his powers, if this has caused significant harm to the rights and legitimate interests of individuals or legal entities or the legally protected interests of society or the state).

The materials of the criminal case have been sent to the court for consideration.
