Cases of 11 people accused in the “Terter case” returned to the prosecutor’s office

A trial was held on the criminal case of 11 people accused in the “Terter case”, APA reports. At the preparatory meeting in the Ganja Military Court, chaired by Judge Vugar Mammadov, the personal data of the accused were clarified.

By a court decision, the production of the case was terminated, the criminal case was returned to the prosecutor’s office, which exercises procedural control over the preliminary investigation.
