The Prosecutor General’s Office launched an investigation against investigators of the Ministry of Emergency Situations

The Main Department for Combating Corruption under the Prosecutor General launched an investigation against two investigators of the Operational and Investigative Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan – Zaur Islamov and Rufat Nuriyev, oxu.az reports, citing the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

It is noted that the Ministry of Emergency Situations received complaints against these employees. In this regard, an audit was carried out in the department, the collected materials were sent for consideration to the Main Department for Combating Corruption under the Prosecutor General.

Both employees were invited to the office and are currently under investigation.
