Fraud committed for more than 850 thousand manats

In Baku, fraud was committed against 42 people, reports oxu.az. At present, the corresponding criminal case is being considered in the Baku Court for Grave Crimes.

According to the information, Rashid Bayramov and Vugar Aliyev embezzled a total of 861,938 manats under the guise of investing in cryptocurrency.

On this fact, a criminal case was initiated under article 178.4 (Fraud committed with causing particularly large damage) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
