The Baku Grave Crimes Court sentenced him to 6 years in prison.

On October 13, 2021, at about 06:40, a Mercedes-Benz truck (99-DH-343) driven by Azizov Mahmud Babagezal oglu and a Daewoo passenger bus “(10-TH-116), which was driven by Abdullayev Tahir Ruhulla oglu. As a result of the accident, the bus rolled over and hit people standing on the sidewalk and the roadside.
