Azerbaijan Electronic Security Service warns of actions of scammers

The Electronic Security Service of Azerbaijan has warned citizens about the actions of fraudsters, Trend reports citing the Service. Thus, through instant messaging programs, scammers send false messages to citizens that allegedly a “new law” has come into force, providing for “providing benefits in the amount of 500 manats to each family with children.”

The electronic security service notes that at the same time, citizens are invited to follow a fake link with the further introduction of bank card details. The service recommends that citizens do not click on suspicious links and do not share their personal data so as not to become a victim of fraud.
