New disciplinary proceedings have been launched against judges who committed gross violations

A regular meeting of the Judicial-Legal Council was held, new disciplinary proceedings were initiated against some judges who committed gross violations, Report informs citing the Council. The Chairman of the Judicial-Legal Council, Inam Karimov, who spoke, stressed the need to improve the judicial system in accordance with the challenges of our time.

Then reports were heard on the agenda items, specific proposals were discussed to increase the efficiency of the judicial system, improve the rules for selecting judges.

At the meeting, new members of the electoral committee of judges were elected, appropriate decisions were made on some organizational issues.
